Monroe County Reassessment is Underway

An ongoing county-wide property reassessment project is happening here in Monroe County for the first time since 1989. The county is contracted with Tyler Technologies Inc., of Dayton Ohio, to provide detailed high-resolution, street-level images of properties.

Tyler Technologies field staff will photograph properties from customized white vans that will be clearly marked with signs indicating that they are conducting an imaging project for the county.

This imaging project will continue over the next several weeks through the end of October or beginning of November.
